Arrived 5 mins before our reservation only to be told rather abruptly we had to wait for a table. We asked to sit outside and 20 mins later were directed to an indoor dining room where about half of the tables were empty and were told we could sit anywhere. We started moving towards the corner where there was an empty table with a nice view and were quickly told that table was reserved. We then sat for another 20 mins in the half empty dining room that smelled quite odd and off-putting until we were greeted by a nice waitress. I ordered a Stone IPA and was told they were out but had Southern Tier. Not a bad alternative so I took it. As you can see from the Pic, the beer was over 3 years old... The food itself was actually quite good and its truly a shame because despite the food being decent the experience was not and I will not go here again nor would I recommend it.

What a beautiful place! An amazing view with exceptional service! All of the staff were so welcoming & attentive. The food was delicious & portions generous. Another "Gem" in the Finger Lakes not to be missed!

We stopped by for a quick bite which turned into the best salad I’ve ever had in my life. Experience was great. Great server Teresa provided us with a quick tour and history of the house. Absolutely worth the trip.

The owners and staff are wonderful and very attentive and hands-on, the food is amazing and the views are breathtaking!!! We always visited Esperanza Mansion (The Mansion) growing up. The hour road trip to our destination was always one of great anticipation. So glad you're open again, beautiful old edifice. This elegant Hotel is a respite in our world of worries and uncertainties. The updated Mansion offers modern amenities and yet, has managed to preserve its old world charm ! A weekend here will wash away your troubles and restore your psyche! I so look forward to our next visit!💝
