We stayed at this hotel as all the hotels in Auburn were booked. It’s very run down for a Hampton Inn and in need of a full renovation. The mattresses are old, paint is peeling from the bathroom ceiling… I could list a lot of things, but if you have an expectation of Hampton Inn quality, this isn’t the hotel for you. I’d put this one on par with a Motel 6.

The bathroom was great. The breakfast was awesome. The bed was very hard.

I haven't stayed there. Will be soon. I wonder why you leave up reviews from 5, 4, 3, even two years ago. Staff changes, facilities change, guess expectations change. I don't need to hear about negative experiences from years ago. How about this year? Really, I feel negative - or even positive - reviews from past years just don't make sense when referencing a hotel or motel. Not just this one. Thanks for listening.

This is an older Hampton Inn, and is in need of a total reno, IMHO. However, everything was clean and comfortable, and it's obvious that there have been many updates already made. Staff was very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, but really needed better lighting. Hotel is located in a great area, near many restaurants and stores. Very quiet location, and good insulation to keep the noise out, between rooms. This Hotel is still not back to serving full breakfast, like other Hampton Inns, which was disappointing. Although, they do provide some items which can be microwaved, for something hot. Fitness Center was great, with up-to-date equipment. Disappointed that the pool was still closed. Overall, a decent stay and a good option for those times when hotels in Auburn are too expensive, or sold out.
