I was going to use them when I called the second time after the mechanic showed up at my house so I called this gentleman back and asked if they could set a time up for the next morning and he stated NO that he would do it in the afternoon or in the evening. He NEVER stated the next morning. When my daughter asked me what was going on I explained that no time was given to me. So I asked her to call and then she told me he said OH MY GOD is this Vera? and her and her friends said that he was very rude and then he stated that he thought it was the next morning. After I text him I did not receive a response. When she told me that I canceled him and I called another company that showed up in 20 minutes. I don't agree in treating customers badly. I know he'll have a response for this and it will show unprofessionalism have a good day

I was able to just text them. Even through texting, the communication was clear, streamlined, and easy! Service had no problems and was quick.

The driver was so helpful and took serious care of our car. He even sat around and talked about the other cars we had once we made it to the destination. Solid dude, solid service. I will definitely be calling these guys back if we need a tow in the future.

$150 for a jump start? You have to be kidding me! Response to reply: yes, a jump start right now is my first priority. I also have my own jumper cables, but when you're the only car left in the parking lot and there's no one else to help you out it's a bit difficult to jump start your own car now isn't it ? If you know how to get a jump start out of thin air, please share that knowledge with the others. Next time do me a favor and save your asinine comments to yourself and change your bad attitude. Based on the rude way you respond to lost/potential customers feedback, it's a miracle you're still in business.
