Destiney and her assistant manager, Kailey, were knowledgeable, professional and they worked with me to deal with a very stressful situation. Destiney was able to replace my phone in one day. My phone was delivered to my home that night at 10 but the technician said it was too late to do the set up and told me to take it to the store. When I returned the next day Kailey transferred my data, helped me set up the new phone and made sure I understood it's operation. In a world of buyer beware, they made me feel that I was a valued customer.

I don’t usually look forward to going into the AT&T store. It usually means my phone isn’t working and I am scrambling to either fix it or replace it. This visit was no exception. However, what a difference a good representative makes! I never write reviews, certainly not for my phone carriers retail store. My experience at the AT&T store up until now have been somewhere between meh and fine. Let me tell you Destiny at the West Deptford store got me writing 5star Google reviews!!! She was so patient and kind and funny, but also professional and knowledgeable. I left there feeling like I just had a Kiki with and old friend instead of doing what would normally be a very stressful and annoying chore.
