Had a great experience overall. Rich was good at answering my questions and giving me options. I would give a 5 rating overall, but the delivery was five hours or so later than what was scheduled without notification and I had to finish leveling the washer as it wasn't level for a spin cycle. Overall good experience and I would buy again.

Great service! They called to tell me they were running late. Installation was quick. They let me pay by check so I wouldn't incur credit card fees and the dishwasher is amazing!
