My wife,Marilyn, has been a resident at Life Care Center of Bountiful since March. While we have limited experience with institutional care, as a 35+ year survivor of MS, Marilyn has extensive experience as a consumer of health care services. She feels very comfortable and safe at LCC of Bountiful. We approached this change in living arrangements with trepidation. We had made a commitment to care for Marilyn at home as long as we possibly could. When her conditions and care management exceeded our capacity, institutional care became our only option. We had other facilities from which to choose. But we are very pleased with the care we have received. All staff, no matter which personnel are engaged with Marilyn, are well trained and solicitous with her. The facility has exceeded our expectations. I have been married to Marilyn for nearly 49 years. Living separate from her has been difficult. But I see her nearly every day. I have been in a position to observe almost all personnel engaged in a variety of assigned tasks. I am amazed at a consistently high standard of caring and professionalism maintained at most functions. It has eased considerably our angst at living apart from each other. We are deeply grateful!

My wife and I admitted my father-in-law a few weeks ago. We spent a lot of time searching for a suitable place and were lucky to find Life Care Center of Bountiful. They had open rooms, and they worked with us and his doctor to get him moved in. Their staff is professional, courteous, and helpful. They met with us to get to know our father-in-law and to better understand his needs. They have done a great job meeting his needs. We are grateful to Life Care Center of Bountiful and would gladly recommend them to anyone.

We just put my Dad in the care of these people yesterday. The nurses that I had to deal with were rude and un caring like they had better things to do. My dad has a hard time sleeping in a bed. He has slept in a reclining chair for over 10 years now and they won't let him have it. They insist that he has a bed for "safety reason". I don't think it has anything to do with safety. They won't even let him have his over the counter nose spray. This is just about control. They treat him like he is a toddler!
