They dont answer the phone, and when i finally get a hold of someone they lie to me saying “oh youll get an email confirmation today” and a week later when i call again “oh youll get something a week before the date” and of course i get nothing yesterday about how to appear virtually.

I owed a $50 fine and they levied my entire tax return as I was waiting to receive it so I could pay them. One of the worst courthouse experiences I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. And ANWSER YOUR PHONE. WE PAY YOU FOR IT.
