Great place to birdwatch-- you can usually count on finding avocets, sandpipers, killdeers, and pelicans in the lake or nearby, as well as a good variety of songbirds. It's also just a nice trail even if you aren't into birdwatching.

Yes. Water levels are low now due to the Jordan river pump houses shutoff. But we do see fish, before and after the pumps are on. The fish are typically carp and catfish
