Great place to see a college basketball game. The benches are like high school benches that’s cool if you are there to see a game it’s worth it. It’s Philadelphia finding parking can be a headache make plans to get to the game early. Read the parking signs to avoid a ticket. One of my favorite places to see a game.

Legally it must be. There are steep ramps down to courtside. I don't know what arrangements they have made for handicapped seating at concourse level, but Im sure the box office can accomodate you.
The Palestra court is approximately 15 feet below ground level.
I believe $10 general admission $15 reserved seating
Penn garage accessible from 32nd and Chestnut
There is also a pay lot directly behind the Palestra. Not a lot of room though and you need a credit card.
