Mother was inpatient first arrival night lights/power was out. Facility NO updates paint on walls peeling, supplies not available, beds not secured. Bed only have top rails by which not safe and my mom fell put of bed remained on the floor over an hour waiting for help. No incident reports done, no exams to see if further damage was done. Service was horrible horrible rude staff. NEVER allow your family to stay here. Ever

I visited this place pre-covid and could not wait to leave, earlier than my doctor would have liked, mind you. unfortunately I was forced to seek the services of a rehab/nursing home again and they accepted my insurance, so I TRIED to give them another chance. I stayed one day and left there again with the utmost speed!!! TERRIBLE FACILITY

👎 I lost my only sister within 3 days after admitted in April 2021. No proper attention given to her illness as she was on ventilator. What carelessness trails her to death is not known.👎
