Numerous packages coming in open, and retaped closed. Sometimes not even resealed. Pill bottles (vitamins) and some electronics from Amazon are of special interest from what I gather. What is it, people drawing federal benefits not paid enough to keep integrity?

I always go when the crowds have died down but the desk clerks at this Post Office are and have always been very patient and helpful.
