Terrible customer service . Hard pizza and both pizzas wasn’t cut. Absolutely unacceptable, save yourself the trouble and go to a different papa johns . I’ve never had these problems before but their manager had a nasty attitude (Danny) and ik disgusted with the whole experience. I will be speaking with a higher up . The photo shows the pizza being darker on the bottom u can barely see it but it was hard on the bottom and the line u see cut is from us at home . UNACCEPTABLE, when I called u inform them , they didn’t care and said they can’t do nothing since I took the pizza home .

It's a shame I had to give these people one star. Spent close to 60.00 for my order and waited an hour to get it just to realize it was the wrong order. We spent close to another hour trying to get the issue resolved. After finally talking to someone they said they would refund the money and send us what we actually ordered. We never received our correct order and the wrong order that we did receive was bland and not worth eating.. I will never order from any Papa John's ever again.

This is the worst papa johns location I have ever ordered from. We placed our order at 7:45pm. Our order confirmation stated that it would take approximately 1 hour for our order. After an hour passed, we went to track our order and there were no updates. We called and the guy who answered stated that they haven’t even started on our order. The workers have zero customer service skills but that is expected nowadays. Don’t waste your money here.

I rarely order from here due to them not delivering to my area. I would have thought that since UberEats finally decided to expand in my area for delivery, a lot of these other places that deliver would start as well. I placed my order online and got there to be told that the latest carryout time was 10 pm and that the manager clears the queue for orders after the carryout time. I explained that I placed my order at 9:20 but I had to drive to come and pick up due to none delivery in my area. I get the pizza home to not have barely any chicken on the pizza or extra Alfredo sauce as requested on my pizza. The pizza was dry but soft. I really wish Papa John's would learn to put more sauce and toppings on their pizzas and not sell just dough.
