What a unexpected, pleasant surprise I had this afternoon. In searching the internet for a good surgeon, who does spinal fusion, I keyed in on Dr. Lapani. I decided to call and make a appointment. Much to my surprise the person who answered the phone was actually Dr. Lapani himself. The Dr. preceded to ask me what my issues were and as we continued speaking he asked if I had a MRI and where, at that moment he downloaded it. Halfway through the conversation I asked Dr. Lapani if he took Medicare and he said no but that did not stop him. Dr. Lapani actually took the time to explain the MRI to me, give me a clear picture of where I stood and told me the symptoms to look for in case the situation progressed. I wish the Dr. did take Medicare because I will tell you I would definitely continue my care with him, this Dr. is one of a kind!! I would say to anyone who wants a great surgeon look no further. This Doctor is dedicated to his profession. Thank you so much Dr.Lapani!

Spoke to Kathy from Dr. Lipani's office this morning. I can not stress enough how helpful she was. It is not easy navigating all the hidden rules with insurance. She is clearly an expert in this field. Also, this office obviously has high ethical standards.

Hi Barbara, Thank you for contacting me at Princeton Neurological Surgery. Acquired meningocele often happens as a complication of prior spine surgery and may or may not need treatment. I can treat that if necessary. Please give us a call to learn how we can help: 609-890-3400 Best wishes, J Lipani
Hi Margo, No, I am very sorry but we have opted out of Medicare. Best wishes, J Lipani
We don't perform MVD but we do treat TN with radiosurgery if the patient is a radiosurgery candidate.
