I wish zero stars was an option. There is nothing more disrespectful than making people wait for appointments. If you are not going to honor your appointments, you should stop offering them. Apparently you can't handle the business you already have.

The customer service at the pharmacy here is absolutely despicable. I scheduled a covid test last Friday and on the way to my appointment they called me to inform me that my test did not get ordered. And then two days later I had a test scheduled for 4:45 pm. When I arrived there was a fairly large line ahead of me. It took about 30 minutes for them to clear that line. When I finally arrived at the window I was informed that I was late and that I would have to reschedule. Even after explaining to them that I had been in line for It wasn't there problem and that I would have to reschedule.It wasn't there problem and that I would have to reschedule. I will not be returning here for anything, in fact I will be switching pharmacies as soon as I can.
