Four Seasons Motel

Reserved a smoking room but got a non-smoking one instead not being told about the fact. Thinking that housekeeping forgot to replace the ashtrays I went to the front desk to get some and was told then about the non-smoking status and that the smoking rooms were not up to code so they couldn't rent them out. The motel should have called me to let me know about the smoking rooms when they were closed to let me decide whether to keep the reservation or to cancel since the smoking requirement was on the reservation. The room itself wasn't the worst one we've ever had but it was tolerable for the night. Everything worked and the bedding and towels were clean.

I thought it would be a nice stay for overnight, but the light wasn't working in the bathroom, it had a step up and over into the shower which isn't handicapped friendly at all. They didn't have a mattress cover on the bed just a fitted sheet. They really should think about upgrading the rooms.

Writing this after waiting two hours to check in and still arriving and having the maid cleaning our room still two hours after the time we were told to check in. We booked a queen sized room and was given two twin beds and when questioned about it they told us nothing was available, even tho they have an empty parking lot. The television has seven channels to flip through with only one tv show playing, the same tv show on every channel. Don’t book a room here, waste of money, not worth 20 dollars a night in my opinion.

I have stayed at the 4 Season's many times over the past 10 years. The motel is centrally located, close to a little mall, resturaunts, and not far from Malone golf course. The rooms are always clean, the staff has always been friendly and accomodating and the pool is a very nice feature after a round of golf! I have stayed with my husband and other couples and I have stayed many times with a group of girl friends on our golf get away! Looking forward to this years adventures!
