I took someone there for help. What I observed made my heart hurt. Well, the front desk workers are so rude, getting smart with the people. Rolling their eyes, and the worst is loudly talking about them when they walked away from the window. There was no professionalism at all, the one lady asked the worker to not be loud. The waiting area was packed. Worst office behavior ever.

Just cause a person get government assistance they should not be treated like they doing something wrong the help is here and most jobs don’t offer insurance folks work 2 or three jobs and food is high people are still struggling
