Really nice store with friendly staff. A lovely cashier by the name of Joni, I believe, helped us and made my day. She was so friendly and funny! The Starbucks baristas were also super friendly and patient with us.

My wife and I ordered a swing for our baby. I called ahead and spoke with a representative named Zack in orders and pickups prior to driving two hours out of our way to Gig Harbor, Wa, so that we could ensure the product was in fact in stock. I asked Zack if he would kindly get hands on the product so we didn’t waste our time ( 2 minutes of his time to potentially save 4 hours + of our time. ) He assured me that he had hands on the merchandise and that it would be there awaiting our arrival. My wife drove all the way to Gig Harbor Target only to find out that the product was out of stock. Nobody answered our calls and nobody offered a reasonable solution to our problem. We will NEVER shop at Gig Harbor Target again and probably not at any other Target for that matter. The level of disrespect and disregard from this Target location was absolutely ridiculous.

They really hit the mark here. They’re right on target to be a great store. Good, friendly service. Koala baby changing station in the restroom. That’s a life saver. Starbucks right as you walk in. I always need caffeine to get through a shopping trip. On my last trip, I saw the bottom half of a mannequin sticking out of a shopping cart. What an adventure!
