The people , the staff , all the way down to the CEO of this place is the most unprofessional, non-compassionate, unethical, and suspicious treatment programs I’ve ever heard about. If you’re on the edge of relapsing DONT COME HERE . You WILL relapse. They take in a vulnerable population and use religion as a mask. They take people money for “fees” that they don’t explain where it’s going to… they’re not for profit so I’m confused about “fees “ and the purpose of taking control over their residents SNAP card. Long story short this place is filled and ran by old miserable chicks. They need to be investigated. Period. I said what I said … they’re not for the people. They’re for the show. && I wish I could give them a negative no stars. I’m surprised they’ve been around for 20 years , they need new training, new staff & Someone running the program who truly care about their residents prospering. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, ENERGY , or efforts residing here for your sobriety. You’re better off going cold Turkey and fending for yourself & fighting for your life because that’s the whole WHY NOT PROSPER experience.

I love my work place I've been there for about a three year now it is a great place for our when to come get help, and we give back to the community. Rev. Dr Michele Simmons is wonderful and Beautiful person she is my joy every day when I go to work.

This place is a joke. They make u pray and charge 400$ for rent plus 100$ for food stamps in which not only do u eat but the staff and memebers of all of the residents from the other houses can come and eat ur food that u paid ur food stamps on. Then they say it's a transitional house but it's run like a recovery house. If u don't have D&A problems too bad because they make u participate in weekly NA and AA and religious services. They are all about the money they can get from your insurance and the the money they get from donations and the D.O.C and other state federal and local funds available to them by your being there. They have bed bugs from the transient women they let come in and out and they will stab u in the back if u oppose them. Don't even think about putting them down for a work reference because they will lie and say that you were the worst person in their program. Don't go to Why Not Prosper because they don't care about u. They only care about paying for the car note on the Mercedes Benz the owner drives.
