A nice, small town library with friendly, helpful staff.

It's 2020, not 1990. Update your hours on the internet. Other people shouldn't have to do it for you. It's frustrating when you check online and it says they're open, then you walk all the way there and find out that they're closed.

The people who work here are always helpful and are glad to assist you with your needs. Good juvenile and YA book selection. Awesome people in general. Has a great DVD selection too. Cool clubs and activities ran by them.

The people who work there talk very loudly with patrons while others are trying to read. They also won't allow my 16 year old to check out a Disney movie while my 13 year old found a book about Egypt that has ,and I quote," Pictures of people making babies." I don't see any logic with this. They won't even accept a signed note for movies, yet they are allowed to use the computer. What?!

Posted by the Audubon Green Team on July 25th...We are resuming the plastic bag collection through Trex. Bins are located at the Borough of Audubon, NJ Municipal Building and Free Public Library of Audubon. Drop off times at the library are Monday- Thursday 3pm-7pm and Friday 2:30pm-5pm during curbside pickup hours. ♻️♻️♻️ See below what is accepted for Trex recycling. We are earning Trex benches for Audubon through this collection. Remember not to put plastic bags in your recycling bin. Only #1 and #2 plastic can go in the recycling bin. And NO 🍕 pizza boxes.
Yes! Many in the library also digitally available on Hoopla & Overdrive
