We order at work lunches with the drug reps, not anymore!!! They took over and hour and a 1/2 to deliver the food and then all of a sudden wouldnt bring it to our office we had to go downstairs and get it!!!! Not even at the door we had to go to the car od the delivery guy! They messed up the order and forgot will the drinks too but they charged us! Had to to all the day at to the restaurant for a receipt for the rep and a credit for the missing items! They aren’t cheap either! The kicker is they don’t care! Not good business practice All they do is call you and ask you to take down your review. My drug rep didn’t even get a refund even though they told him to come in and they would fix it! This place is not good!!!

So first the bad I don't remember when I ordered but it was early in the week. That pizza was absolutely terrible.... I understand the restaurant life and obviously someone that couldn't make pizza was making pizza that day and I understand with whats going on in the work force industry so had to be a Monday or Tuesday but can't say for sure. Tonight's pizza and Calzone was one of the best from Grande Dumore I have ever got! I've been in Dunmore for about 3 years so that's something to be proud of! To the owners of grande dunmore I'd recommend you don't lose whoever the pizza guy was from let's say 4-9pm on Thursday Sept. 22nd I ordered at closing time.
