Tl;dr the soup was so hot it burned my tongue...even a day later it hurts. I showed up at 10am and asked for breakfast. I was told i had to put my order in right now as last breakfast was 10 minutes ago. So i said sunnyside eggs, bacon and toast. I was told only scrambled eggs. So i said "no worries, grilled cheese and tomato soap and bacon". The guy rolled his eyes at me. I sat down next to a person at the same time. He got his breakfast food and finished it and i still didn't get mine. When i asked the guy mumbled and walked away. He then comes and brings bacon without the rest. Now i am waiting for the soup and sandwich. It comes out and the tomato soup looks like it came from a can, and the (room temp) grilled cheese doesn't look like it was toasted or grilled; maybe microwaved. Whatever, it will be good enough. I took a spoon of the soup and spit it out as it burned my tongue. The bartender saw this and didnt say anything. I asked for a cup of ice to cool it off. A day later and my tongue is still hurting. This was a terrible food experience, start to finish.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I came in THIS MORNING 9/27/22 for breakfast after traveling for over 20 hours only to be disregarded, not even so much as a greeting or good morning, while customers who arrived after me were attended to, greeted, and orders taken. It’s one thing to count it as a coincidence or off occurrence but to see multiple customers come in after you and get consideration that wasn’t even thought to be given to you is straight trash. After 15 minutes, I just resolved to get up and leave. Skip this place. I think that FLL needs to improve their options in the E concourse. After flying through here on multiple occasions over the past few months, I resolve to say, this is probably one of the worst airports with the worst restaurants, and worst customer service.
