We never met the owners until we left. They handled everything by phone & text. That worked good. No ice. And garbage Was way out back. We were visiting family 4 miles away so it worked good. Flat pull thru. Has a few trees. Clean I’d stay again

Where do I begin. Not a RV park, mobile home park full of Rv's. Absentee owners, and manager. Neither on site. Park runs itself, speeding, all sorts of stuff going on. Manager, use that term loosely, never there. I arrived on a Thursday at 4 pm and no one there. Had to hope I chose the right site. VIP, again loosely, sites are by the highway so you listen to traffic all night and you smell sewer from the park since it runs to your site. I was in site 1, which means you have UPS, FEDEX, drivers, after hours customers knocking on your door. Place is a joke. Stay away.

This place isn't as clean as you think it is. The office lady is rude. The employees smoke inside the office, I could not stand the smell. Very unprofessional people. I was told I have to make monthly payments instead of weekly. There was not a sign saying that they only accept monthly stays... I needed weekly and the office lady was so rude to the fact she told me she would force me out if I didn't make the monthly payments because the owner doesn't like doing weekly payroll. Well let me tell you something, When a business is charging more per weekly than monthly, you're earning more for your business. 2nd of all, the bathroom is filthy. There's only 1 shower for the whole park. The laundry mat.. well its disgusting. One day I came home from work, found out my power and water was turned off, not sure exactly why. But if you're only there to stay in for 1 or 2 nights you should be okay, but don't stay any longer than that. They also don't accept good Sam membership for discounts either. If I owned the place, I would have fired the employees personally myself and run the place like it should be. Never will I ever return to that place again ever.
