For mid class people, you won't want to stay here. The bathrooms are pretty nasty and it was not what we expected cause the website makes it look beautiful, but really it's a trailer park. Which is fine, but it's not your usual beautiful rv park. The lady was nice, but this place has broken down trailers everywhere

Under $300 a month and $150 deposit.. Call them to make sure. They are very nice.
