Poorly ran. Jacqueline has a horrible ego problem. I saw this woman (Jacqueline) mock an elderly man, openly in the lobby. Be careful in choosing this doctors office.

Horrible wait time, horrible staff. You will wait for an hour past your scheduled time due to over booking. Women answering the phones, Jacqueline seems to be the ring leader of the incompetent. This place has women answering the phone that will give you nothing but attitude for being required to do their job. I would seriously reconsider coming here. My prescriptions have been mishandled and late 5 times…I’ve only been at this doctors office for 7 months. On multiple separate occasions a women named Jacqueline answering the phones has gone above and beyond negligence. Openly arguing with customers, while displaying rude entitled behavior. As stated before, seriously reconsider your evolvement with this establishment.

Horrible wait time! They schedule too many appts within a timeframe -- appts run over and you won't been seen for 20-40 min after your sched. appt time (even when you arrive 15 min like they ask). DO NOT SPEAK WITH A RECEPTIONIST NAMED AMY. Everyone else has been very good. Please, avoid Amy.

My son has been receiving therapy here for months. Things are unorganized and cancellations happen last minute. While the therapy has been okay, they have no one to cover when the therapists take time off, they are closed on Fridays and are now doing episodic care, which means they may dismiss your child from therapy despite them still needing it. This system does NOT put the child first. Discharging a child from therapy when they have not met the developmental milestones they require, putting them on a home plan, and then telling them they can be reevaluated if needed after their home plan time expires is outrageous. This is likely going to lead to regression in many children. Their “reason” for this is that they have too many children on the waiting list. Guess what?! I waited to get my son in too, they aren’t open at all for pediatric therapy on Fridays and they don’t have more than one PT or OT seeing children at this time. Discharging the children in their care only to start new ones doesn’t seem like a a smart choice on their end. Plus, if my son does still require therapy after his time off, they will put him back on their wait list and my son will go even longer without the therapy he needs and still requires. If your child requires therapy and thrives on consistency and routine, LOOK ELSEWHERE!!
