I accompanied a friend today to the Rush Copley Healthcare Center in Yorkville. Worst experience ever. The receptionist, Mindy was very rude and unprofessional not to mention her attitude sucked. I hope for the sake of their medical practice, they find another receptionist who is more welcoming, helpful and with a better attitude.

I can not even begin to describe how frustrating it is to deal with the office staff here. If you are fortunate enough to get to see someone, then maybe you’ll have a decent experience. However, the front office staff are extremely RUDE! They will find any reason to not have you seen, especially if you’re a person of color. To show up one day, told that we can’t be seen and to make an appointment for the next day. Show up the next day and then was told that we could not be seen for that appointment either. With my experience as an operations manager, if it were my clinical staff… I’d have to start from scratch. DO NOT GO HERE!

I called to ask a few questions, we're not current patients. The lady answering phones was incredibly rude. She scoffed at me for having the audacity to to ask about new patients. I could literally hear her scoffing, sighing, if you could hear an eye roll... you know that saying it costs zero dollars to be a kind human- apparently you literally cannot pay this lady to be kind. At the end of our interaction, I said- ok thank you. CLICK! She hung up on me.

Went today for care. Wasn’t even asked if I was better and told I was being sent home. Never again. Worst beside manner ever.
