Clean, convenient. Hotel was getting renovations during our stay, our room had been refreshed at some point in the recent past. (Corporate is anticipating a busier future once I-69 is connected to Indy. This segment around Martinsville was completed so we had no issues with road construction getting to this hotel.) Staff was friendly, no problem getting extra towels. Breakfast...yum! Outside of hotel could use a good power wash but again, it's getting renovated. (Interesting note: there is a small grave plot near the field out back of the hotel. Whoever owns it needs to take care of it better.)

Searra who was working the front desk when I arrived and when I woke up was absolutely top notch. What an asset to IHG! She always welcomes me with a smile and treats Sandy and I as the Spire Elite that we have attained. She also heard me out as so many people slammed their doors until 11pm and offered to switch my room when my air unit kept shutting off. What an angel. I gave 4 stars due to the issues with the air unit, stains on the couch, and loud guests that upset my service dog. This was absolutely so many slams that it was worth mentioning. I have never been to a hotel that had so many older aged rude guests that were so inconsiderate.

This hotel has undergone a great bit of change since I was here last they are newly renovated with really nice rooms and work out machines they did away with the vending machines and put in a pantry to buy snack and amenities that you may want or need which was really helpful. and the hot breakfast bar was just thing to get my morning started out this hotel gets better every time I stay and the best part is the staff they are always so professional and helpful I will only stay here from now on!

I have been watching the renovation of the hotel transform and I have loved all the new changes. I especially like the newest change of the pantry being added. There are a wide variety of things that u may need or want. There are some personal idems that u may have forgotten to bring on your travels such as tumbs or tylanol. There are plenty of different foods or snacks choices to choose from if u get a midnight craving lol or want to have a meal at the hotel instead of going out to one of the many local restaurants. To finish off my review as always I would like to compliment the staff for there cleanliness and the excellent quality of the hot breakfast bar.
