I called and ordered a large enough storage space for a “2 bedroom house” and it was about the size of a closet. I waited hours for someone to even come unlock it. I called and called just to receive no answer. I had the moving company ready to unload with nowhere to put any furniture. Just trying to get ahold of a CubeSmart employee has been the hardest part of this move out process. We are paying the movers by the hour and we sat there just trying to get ahold of someone at CubeSmart. There needs to be better customer service.

Good place to store stuff. Needed temporary space and they delivered. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. If you need storage, go see them. Forgot our number to get in the gate. Staff was helpful and got us in.

Poorly managed. 50-70% cost increases every 6 months. Septic system from on-site property is leaking sewage for the past year. Property manager advised the fire hydrants and other fire mitigation equipment is inoperable. This is not the place you want to be.

We had a unit here for 13-14 months. In that time, the cost of the unit doubled. Know going into it that the cost the give you up front will change frequently. That being said, our stuff was safe and the staff were friendly and helpful. Just assume the price will change a lot.

Climate control means that we use reasonable efforts to maintain a temperature in the building where the Cube is located of between 55- and 80-degrees Fahrenheit. This type of environment is ideal for storing furniture, metal, fabric, and other items.
