They have several rules that seem to make no sense; you can't have anything on your grass (like a small shed), you can't work on anything on the property (like your car) and they watch you like a hawk, making you feel uncomfortable in what's supposed to be your own home.

Love being here, very quiet. Owners are so kind! Wondering when the Out or Order washing machines are going to get fixed? It's been over a month and all the washers that DO work are often all being used unless it's very late or very early. I love the fact that they have more washers than they had before, and I understand sometimes parts/repairmen take some time to aquire or have come visit, but it's been a very long time. Otherwise wonderful!

Lady who runs the office was extremely rude. She quoted me $325 a month plus electric with a $150 deposit. I get there to pay the deposit on the spot and she told me she wanted $468 for the 6 days of holding. I thought she was crazy asking for $468 for 6 days. She told me she has calls everyday for people wanting the spot so she can pretty much get whatever dollar amount she wants. She was by far the rudest lady I've encountered in a business setting. And I wondered if she wanted August rent and deposit so I asked if will the holding fee would cover August rent, but she said it was to just hold the spot.

Lived here 8 years. Nice views. Staff was like family to me. In fact, I worked with one of the managers at HPU. Knowing she was there made me feel at home. Enjoyed talking to the staff and their pets. They always helped to make sure laundry room was working smoothly and etc. The only thing I didn't like was trees and stuff like that. I know folks wanted shade so had to have them. Managers did thwir best to please everyone. Good place. 💖😉😎😍😁
