We stayed in this park last night on our way to Dallas. It is easily accessible from I35, has nice large pull thru lots and ample parking. It is a bit pricey though. Our only real issue was the traffic noise from the interstate (to be expected when you are this close) but for one evening it was tolerable.

I'm not sure why this park has any negative reviews. It appears they are making tons of improvements. The park is level and has several drive-thru spots. Lots of trees and the access to I-35 is perfect for anyone working between Austin and Ft. Worth.

This park is under new management ( The Boston Group) and it is not for the better. Not only did they raise the rent by 28% but they are forcing all of the current residents (10 families) to leave by the end of February of this year because it was a "business" decision as was told to me by the new manager. I cannot believe that anyone could be so heartless as to displace this many people during the middle of a global pandemic. Not only do I feel this "business decision " is un-ethical but it should be considered criminal. I will not recommend this park or any park that is run by the Boston Group to anyone as they only care about profits and not people. If I could give a negative rating I would.

Under new management just recently, and has a lot of potential. Lots of space between sites, beautiful trees and surprisingly, very conveniently located!
