I moved into Colonie East Apartments in August 2021. From the moment I called the office to inquire about apartment availability to today, Kaitlyn has been nothing less than amazing. She’s so attentive to detail, understanding, funny and down to earth. Anything I ask for gets addressed immediately and she really knows how to make this place feel like home. Needless to say, I will definitely be renewing my lease!!

I had a list of numerous “specifics” while searching for an apartment and after a year of searching, narrowed it down to 2 complexes and was on both wait lists. Happily, we ended up at Colonie East. Kaitlyn, the mgr is extremely responsive and was always ready to answer a question pre-move. Grounds are beautifully maintained and outside upgrades are ongoing. Very quiet pet friendly community. Only issue is that most use of clubhouse/business office are still unusable due to covid restrictions. We are extremely pleased to have found a comfortable new home , our first apartment after 50 years of home ownership.
