The Hertz HLE in grand island does have a drop box that you can put your keys in during off hours.
The rates at the Hertz HLE in Grand Island change due to where the vehicle is going and where it will be dropped off at. Sometimes this does mean that there will be a drop fee added for dropping off at other locations.
