They used to make you have 1 year driving exp before you get hired. Dont know if thats still the case. Great company to work for as an otr driver. First trip out of their terminal i had a brake chamber start leaking, in the middle of nowhere Montana. They had me fixed and running in less than 2 hours. If i was to ever go otr again they would be without question who i would want to drive for.
At least 1 yr experience but they might hire with only 6 months experience the pay is depending on the experience you have but Schuster offer safety bonus fuel bunes etc
