This is by far the best option internet in our area. My experience has been nothing but great! We had only 2 other options which both failed to meet our demands. Never have issues with the internet going out or a hidden price increases. Our price is grandfathered for life. We also get dividends back at the end of the year so a check for over $100 we recieved from them so far. Also, there are no data caps and our speed is consistant 24/7. Amazing service, give these guys a chance as its not for profit. Much better than these shadey chain ISP's.

I’ve had good and bad internet. Huxley communications is always good. When it drops out (which it rarely does), they respond well. I also don’t think the cost is bad. Some days in my home we are running 3 phones with streaming and two TVs with streaming. And it all does just fine. All in all 5 stars.

I have been with Huxley Telephone company for over 40 years and every upgrade and change has been seamless. The latest has been the addition of fiber and I have been extremely satisfied with the installation and maintenance of the fiber. When we had to work from home in March 2020, I was thankful to have the fiber which helped me have a steady internet connection with my office. And my teenage grandson enjoys the speed while playing on his XBoX when he visits. Every time I have needed service, which has been rare, it was quick and solved my problems. The phone calls and emails have been answered quickly and courteously. I would recommend this service to anyone in the area. Also want to note, I have been in the rural area with my service all these years.

My first experience with them while setting up internet service was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Every interaction with them since has been unpleasant. They have wrongfully disconnected my service and provided inaccurate information resulting in over payment. No apology, no refund. Overall very poor customer service, and if I had a choice I would go with a different service provider.
