We found Chatham Small Animal Hospital after our vet of 20 some odd years retired. When starting in any new relationship, personal or in this case professional there can be some nerves associated with how things will turn out. There was no reason to be concerned. From the time I called to make our first appointment, until after we left with our new kitty Jazz, everything went well. The vet, Dr. Holly was professional and warm as she greeted us for the exam. The staff, including front desk and vet tech (I'm sorry, your names escape me at the moment,) were also warm and professional and it was a positive visit all around. The building was immaculate and the exam thorough. Dr. Holly took the time to explain everything that was going on with Jazz. She, the cat, has neurological issues but appeared to the doctor to be healthy overall. We have scheduled her spay for the end of this month. It appears we have found a new vet for our kitties. (There are 6 of them - plus the barn cats.)

Chathams was amazing for our puppy's first visit. Very through and did a great job explaining things. You can see how much they care about the pets they take care of and the families they are a part of.

This hospital saved my cats life several years ago, and are now helping to ensure my dogs are and remain healthy :) Staff have always been kind, caring, friendly and resourceful, and their prices are good. The Dr and her assistant were patient, heard my concerns, thoroughly checked out my babies and answered all of my questions. Not once did I feel rushed or blown off! They were patient with my restless lab and could easily handle my large pit, both of whom were excited and full of energy! They also loved the treats they were given lol Their facility is spotless too! Five stars for top quality service, care and compassion! I refuse to go anywhere else!
