Made an appt. They got my car in right away but forgot to show me the pre alignment printout. They showed me the results in all green. While I got a great price and they were efficient in and out in 25 min? , I was disappointed when I got inside my car and it reeked of smoke! I didn't dare go back inside to complain. I had to go to the store and buy smoke odor spray and clean my car and wash my seat covers. I thought it goes without saying that they should cover your seats or not smoke then go inside your car!

I brought two of my cars in for service in the past month and Cory, the manager was so professional and pleasant to deal with. They got me in and out in a timely manner and didn’t try to sell me services or products I didn’t need, like other places try to do. I will continue to bring all of our family cars to Mavis for service or tires. 5 Stars!!

Was in a pinch to get a battery in my truck the other day. I stopped in to Mavis on south Broadway and was well taken care of by Corey. I believe he’s the new manger there - not sure. Either way, he was exceptional. He had a new battery installed in 15 minutes and I was back in business. Very happy with fast and friendly service.

Sal took absolutely awesome care of my 2008 Honda Element. I've come here multiple times before with my element and never had a single issue. Service has always been same day pickup and I'm happy to live so close to them when I need them. I highly recommend the Saratoga store if you need maintenance. They are my GO-TO tire spot.
