Terrible experience with an amazon return. I have returned an Amazon item at this location with out a box in the past without any issue. It clearly states on the Amazon website the following "Don’t worry about printing a label or packing up your item. Just go to Your Orders and select the item you wish to return. Tell us why you want to return this item, then choose a drop-off location that supports label-free, box-free returns. We’ll send you a QR code; bring your code and item to the drop-off location, and you’re done." In the incident I am referring to the associate took advantage of my teenage daughter and charged her an excessive fee of $10 to return two very small items that would have easily fit in a plastic envelope. I did speak with the associate today and he was adamant that the fee he charged her was justified. I have no words other than to say if you, a family member or friend do not want to be taken advantage of, stay away from this establishment.

I hesitate to rate one star, however my recent trip was a waste of time. A UPS package kept getting sent to my house, but the recipient does not live here. So I tried to do the right thing and bring it to the shipping company to take care of. Unfortunately, this is something this “UPS Store” location does not handle. I don’t know if that’s just the policy of this individual location or UPS as a whole. Regardless, it’s not a good one. Maybe I’m old fashioned but I feel that something called “The UPS Store” should maybe be able to handle something so simple as dealing with a package that had been repeatedly and incorrectly delivered to me…by UPS. Perhaps they should consider renaming themselves something like “The Sometimes UPS Store” or “The Kinda UPS Store” or even “The UPS Store (When Convenient)” or maybe the more accurate “UPS Store For Packing, Shipping, and Not Much Else.”

Young male employee was very rude granted he was busy and decided to form two lines one for Amazon returns and one to help other customers when it was my turn for help he stepped back to the other register to help another customer which was fine and someone else came over to help me. He then yelled it was another customers turn and not mine I told him he should be more clearer with his instructions that I thought this was a line for Amazon returns he then scolded me saying that he was multitasking and he knows that I heard him and that it is now the lady in front of me Turn I do not mind waiting but there was no call for him scolding a customer and being as rude as he was. The older gentleman next to me said he couldn’t believe how rude the young man was. This place definitely needs to train its employees on customer service I personally will be happy never to enter this business ever again
