Finally nails I can be proud of! Even & smooth application for DIP nails, clean cuticles, sharp shaping. Great atmosphere and she did my eyebrows perfectly. Ana is awesome even though all of them seem well trained. UPDATE: Unfortunately I have to downgrade to 3 stars. My nails started chipping the first week. I asked them to fix the chipped nail and make the other ones less sharp to prevent further chipping and breaking. They didn't listen and gave me a nonsensical excuse. 2 weeks into a $40 manicure and my nails are breaking. I asked them to soak off and give me a manicure to save my natural nails and they had the nerve to charge. The matte topcoat is half gone. My normal dip sets usually lasts a month no chipping. What a lack of integrity. If you make a mistake fix it. My nails have never looked this bad.

This was not the first time that I have been here. Mostly all of my experiences were disappointing except for maybe one. They are so concerned with money money money and getting in as many people as possible that they don’t care how they treat you or if they hurt you or if they mess you up. When you try to speak up for yourself I swear they just make it worse. Their apologies are not genuine and they go on to do the same thing again and on to the next person. The owners certainly make themselves known there but they’re also not very nice. Yesterday I wanted to ask to speak with one of them but… They have such nasty dispositions and should be greeting customers and smiling. Since they make everyone else wear a mask but they won’t. They should be grateful that I kept coming back after that treatment. But yesterday was my very last time. I went there on my birthday yesterday to get my nails done and a pedicure. However when you’re not gentle, a mani/ pedi can seem like hell! I bled and still hurts today. The water was so super hot with the pedicure and I told her but she didn’t care. They all act like they hate their customers so I will take that seriously and not come back.

Clean and they just expanded the store so they can really take a lot of people. I haven’t had to wait which is nice. Winnie is really sweet and does a great job on my nails - she straightened out one that someone at another place put the tip and acrylic on crooked - my fingers are crooked enough on their own! LOL

I just had a spa pedicure and she was absolutely amazing. It was the most blissful pedicure I’ve had in awhile. She took her time and really rubbed my legs and feet. If you want some love for your feet go see Joy 👏😊
