Very Nice clean location. Full hookups with 30a and 50a. The downside is their is no shade. It was very hot when we visited and it was unpleasant to be outside. 110 degrees

Yes they are, the winters down here are much different. People say that they like it a little more because it's not to hot nor to cold!
