Weather Unfettered

Small, water's down, but that's not their fault. Great place for the family to swim and play. If you are in Ivins or Kayenta and want to bike there, go the back way. There is an opening in the barbed wire. Don't ride on Highway 91. There is no bike lane and the speed limit is 55 which means 70.

We enjoyed a quick swim. Restrooms, outdoor showers to rinse after, picnic tables. And gorgeous scenery. Really well cared for area.

If you’re expecting a big reservoir this is going to feel small. One of the kids said it should be called a pond. It has picnic tables but no shade. It’s perfect to learn to SUP or if you have young kids that want to learn to SUP or play in the sand without fear of waves or boats this is the place. If you’re wanting an adventure go to another location.
