I don't like being forced to order my food on a screen. You guys used to have nice waitresses. My fries were cold but the burger is a 5 guys rival for sure. I feel like covid was not kind to steak n shake

Wow…what an epic downfall of a decent fast food joint. The food was cold and nasty, coke machine carbonation out, no ketchup, and the staff definitely didn’t give a $hit about customers. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else. Waste of money!

Questions & Answers

When they get behind they say that it’s not their fault and it’s nothing they can do. Reality is if they had decent leadership then they would have no problem. It’s what you get with a 50+ year old trying to run the restaurant

Actually you can either come inside or go through the Drive Thru The reason I know. Because I work there
