Ok been waiting all day for installation. We have called and they have tried twice to set us up with service. We have been waiting for install for 2 weeks. Who do you call to see if the person who is installing it is actually going to show up. This place is a joke. Customer service hangs up on you and no supervisor available

Awful! Worst provider ever! How are they allowed to be in business?! Internet service is off more than on. Customer service is awful. We have spent hours on the phone with them over the last year. We had to wait weeks for someone to come out Service would be "fixed" but go out again very quickly. Read the reviews and be warned!

This has to be the worst internet company. There business model is fraud. I hope Illinois files a class action lawsuit against frontier like California did.

I signed up for the $19.99 high speed package. My bill is always $50 a month, even with all their extra options removed from my service, and most the time I'm only getting 1.7mb... it takes forever to download anything. If you call customer support about rediculously slow speeds, they just tell you that you are in a congested area, and can't send a tech out unless you have no internet at all.
Cancel while you still can!!! Service sucks and they stiff you with hidden fees!
