Awesome place to stay for a vacation home. Great price and walking distance from the beach and very nice area. My only suggestion would be add a pool to the backyard. At the time they didn't have a pool and most places in the area have a pool in the backyard. To be honest if there was a pool in the backyard we probably wouldn't have gotten it for the great price or it probably would have already been booked like the rest of the places in the area at the time. Overall the property owners/management was awesome and I really appreciate them for allowing our family to stay in their property.

I've rented there for vacation and have friends there that are owners but I don't think long term rentals are a thing as far as like a apartment lease would be.
