The office personnel I don’t think is all there (mind wise) Lori, who I got to meet Monday acted like a deer in headlights. I was told by the division of he blind conformation had been sent in. I had also already called the doctor’s office and they said they received it and made An appointment For my sister. However, it must of been misplaced. If you call this office and by a miracle someone answer they put you on hold and if someone picks up, you have to repeat everything over again and they put you on hold. Also if someone is to flax them something they cannot get it because it is in a room locked still that person comes in around 11:00 AM. When I get to see Dr Dornic he’s going to hear all about it.

The most UNPROFESSIONAL doctor's office I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The staff never returns messages. They hardly answer the phone. When they DO finally answer, they place you on hold for at least 10 minutes while terribly loud feedback from their phone line screeches in your ear. The staff are polite and apologetic when you explain how difficult you experience with them has been, but they promise to get back to you in 2 business days and NEVER do so. It's been 2 months since I've been diagnosed with my eye condition and I'm still waiting for them to let me know if my insurance will cover the procedure I need done. I have never had such difficulty getting answers before. Also at my appointment, Dr. Dornic was dry and very impersonal. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!

So far this has been the worst experience of my life I have never seen an office so unefficient I am to have my surgery and I'm hoping that Dr Dean is as good as people say he is and as far as his staff at the office they all need retraining or they need extra help and the phone system well you might as well say that I don't even have a phone system because you can't get through to any of them

Staff Doesn't Answer Phones ,Return Phone Calls , or Call in Prescriptions in for Surgery! Dr Is Good To Patients!!
