Who ever handles the phones there is rude. They need a lesson in customer service. Tried to settle up a debt , Ive moved out of state. Didn't want to tell me how much I owed , she was in a hurry to get off the phone with me and kept telling me I'd just owe a certain amount for every day that passed on. They don't take payments over the phone but they also don't like talking to you on the phone either .. very rude !

Terrible staff. Simply refused to process a vehicle lean release request from Carlisle Countys Clerks office. Even after Faxing and emailing copies of the lean release. Staff said they did not trust that we had the title and release even while the Carlisle county clerk was telling them and proving to them that we did. What a joke!

I believe it is supposed to be open to the public to walk in as of the 8th of February. Not sure how true this is. Thats what I was told though.

I know u make appointment for plates but i was told 26th or 29th is all day open to public dose anyone now what day please n thank you

I just bought a vehicle and paid the taxes on it. If I transfer that same vehicle to my son, will he have to pay taxes? Also, my son has a vehicle that he plans on giving to my other son. Will his brother have to pay taxes on that vehicle?

No,because it's family,family member don't have to pay extra taxes.

Why is it that they always talk out of their ass? I was told by a Kentucky state police vehicle inspector who does confidential inspections that he would come do an inspection on my truck. They tried to tell me they don't do them any more

Only for commercial vehichles do they come out .personal vehicles must be taken to the court house
