DO Not use this agency. They are Not professional, they are Not Honest. You will have issues with them, you will be let down. They will over promise and under deliver. Letti, Lisa, are two corporate lackies who will give you lip service but not care about your loved one in need. If you have a patient that suffers from Dementia/Alzheimer’s disease as well you definitely DO NOT even think of using this company. You have Ben forewarned and it’s on you to do your due diligence. So many better options don’t go with Regency. You will be better off trust me. We made the mistake already.

They started out being a consistent 4 star service and experience regarding my mom's care but significantly deteriorated near the end of our professional relationship due to their lies, manipulation, lack of honesty, and lack of responsiveness regarding two specific and much-needed aspects of care for my mom that wasn't properly addressed and handled correctly but instead neglected and dismissed. This was completely unacceptablea and unprofessional. There certainly also is much room for improvement regarding how they conduct their business affairs, resolve conflicts, and train their employees because some of them do lack professionalism and common sense while placing their personal intests before their patients.
