It was a friendly environment. Very pet friendly and pet orientated. It's a 4 star and not a 5 because some things can be overpriced here. I usually go here to browse their selections and then wait until it gets cheaper during the holidays.

I like this store it’s nice. the employees were very nice and professional. The security guard was hella weird rude to me she questioned me about where did I get the flea collar from when I told her she said oh they don’t usually do that. It must be a new rule or something I just rolled my eyes. I said well I’m paying for it. I told my daughter to give the product to the cashier till we was ready to pay. Cause clearly she was on one. And I’m highly offended because she pretended to shop when she was literally watching me and my daughter the entire time. I’m gonna come back again but she better not say nothing to me nomore.

I brought my puppy here for grooming twice and unfortunately, both times were a disaster! I was not treated with polite customer service & I had to pay another groomer to get my puppy cleaned up the right way. Delta Shores PetSmart is much better, friendlier staff & my Puppy gets serviced completely, with no issues and no half service. I gave this location a second chance & I regret coming back..
