Suzanne is literally the worst. She will be rude on the phone and in person and then have the audacity to blame you. Even maintenance will tell you she's awful and everyone complains about her. Be prepared to spend a ridiculous amount of money to heat your apartment in the winter months. I've had to pay well over 3x my BGE than my previous apartment. The windows are original and awful. They pour cold air in. Coincidentally, all the vents point into the windows, so your sending heat out. They also nicely allow bugs in. The slider door isn't insulated/lacks weather stripping. There's also cold air pouring in under the cabinets. I can only assume it's coming from the vent from the dryer. Parking is atrocious for the amount of buildings and tenants. Maintenance picks and chooses what they want to fix and they usually "don't do that."

I want to say how Harford Village helped me find my perfect place! I was renting an apartment which was nice and very spacious, but not what I wanted. The people at Harford Village found me a condo that I love!!!! They let me transfer with no trouble and always very helpful and kind. A great place to live!
