If you have any maintenance issues good luck waiting months.To top it off they're very rude and disrespectful when calling back. I wasnt rude at all. Smh Horrible experience. I wish I could've put 0 stars. I didn't sign up with this company. Its been years without a sewer backup issue. "Only" poop and tissue came up and was everywhere in my basement! I have pictures.

Horrible, horrible place to do business with. These people are slum lords. They treat their tenants with NO respect. I spent the last 3 months of my tenancy without a functional oven, which they knew about and did NOTHING to fix. Do NOT rent from these people, under any circumstances. They are predators!

Eviction notice giving one month to get out. Property needs to much work and can't be done with renters in it. The man was a completely rude. Said he didn't care that she had kids and no place to go. I called Elliet Davis. And I am going to file a complaint.
