Seems like the customer service manager gets a check but never has to be in? Her auto email states she is taking 2 days off per week til August 6th but has been off over week supposed to be Tues and thurs not in office, but here it is wed and she is not in office today either? Or last week. Sad trying get help for a bill they trying to charge from 2015 but they have not turned on service since they turned it off but charging still.

It's been 4 months since their water line broke infront of my house and they still haven't fixed it and keep saying it's our problem even though the plumbers said it's their problem 100% this is getting very aggravating

This morning I turned on the faucet in the kitchen and there was little water out, so I unscrewed the head, I mean the filter, and found the filter covered with things like sands. I replaced the water line from the main about ten years ago and the faucet a year ago.
