Yes! We love educating our clients about how to manage their websites. We can provide live training either in-person or via Zoom and we can also provide video tutorials for you to learn how to make content (text & image) changes to the site.

Most of the time, we leave the writing of the content to you. You are an expert in your business, so you are usually the best person to provide information. Upon request, we can help you edit or write original content to meet your needs at an extra cost.

We aim to turn around projects in six to ten weeks on average, but the pace of each project is determined by the client. How much input you can provide during the initial stages, your availability with feedback, how soon the content is ready – all this affects the speed of completion. The complexity of your website will also affect the deadline - a more complex site may take longer to design.

That's disappointing. Mobile responsiveness is very important for the user experience, functionality and search engine optimization. The answer to this is probably "yes", but we would really have to get into the backend of the website to see if we can help with the mobile optimization and responsiveness. Since new websites are automatically built with this functionality we will want to consider the client's budget and determine if it makes more sense to fix the existing website or if the current site can be fixed.

Yes! We offer a few options for web hosting that are based on the best interests for the client's website. Speed, bandwidth, storage, and pricing are just a few factors we take into consideration when determining the client's best hosting server environment for their website.

Oh no! We understand how devastating a crashed website can be for your business. Most times we are available and able to help with emergency services. We would need access to some logins and other information and communicate about the process and progress from there.

Yes. We don't like playing "telephone" and don't want to worry about a "middle man" or project manager relaying design ideas incorrectly. We find it most efficient if the client can share their ideas and wants directly with the designer. This process has worked best for 20 years and we don't intend to change it anytime soon!

Since we are graphic designers we focus on the design process, not the printing printing. We do have access to a few printing companies that we trust and can help find a printing company if needed. Typically we create the files and provide everything needed for you to send off to the printer of your choice.

We take great pride in listening to our clients and providing a website that you can be proud of to showcase your products and/or services, but we understand that there can be times that a client might be unhappy. We work hard to find a mutually agreeable solution, but we never lock anyone into a long term contract. We want to continue to earn our business and if a client feels as though they need to walk away, they always have that right.

YES! And we STRONGLY recommend them! In this digital era your website is a 24/7 online presence for your business and must remain in tip top shape. To keep your website secure and safe from being vulnerable to attacks, cybercrime and functioning at a high performance it must be routinely maintained. Wordpress core functions, php, theme and plugins must be updated regularly and your site must be scanned for malware to keep it protected. We offer a monthly maintenance package that is invoiced and renewed yearly.

We hate to hear anyone who is unhappy with past designers or agencies and unfortunately run into this situation more often than we like. However, It does happen and we try to be as practical as possible when working with new clients in this situation. Most times we are able to get into the Wordpress website and update, streamline or repair functions and features and make the site a professional, branded and functional representation of a client's business. There are times when a website is not salvageable and must be rebuilt or the work to repair is more costly than starting over from scratch. When this scenario arises we discuss the plan and projected cost before getting too far down the rabbit hole.

Our design fees are very budget friendly for our small and medium sized business customers and we offer them in 2-4 installments over the project timeline.
